Hanover is an executive search firm focused on recruiting the top-tier talent for leading organisations.

While working at Attrax, I helped Hanover build a strong content strategy that positioned them as a thought leader. I managed daily communications with the client and collaborated with consultants across the business. Through in-depth interviews, I uncovered their insights by asking thoughtful questions, and I turned this information into bespoke, monthly thought leadership for both the US and UK markets.

The main challenge was creating content that was both informative and strengthened brand perception. Hanover wanted to explore key industry trends – influential content that resonated with a wide audience. I took a journalistic approach, spending a great deal of time researching relevant facts and data to craft insight-driven articles.

Writing for Hanover was a very rewarding experience. I interviewed consultants in various locations, including LA and Hong Kong, helping to build a strong library of content. The pieces were ghostwritten, so they can’t be publicly shared, but they reflect a high standard of writing, research and strategic communication.
