TMW Unlimited is an integrated creative agency based in London.

During my year as a Marketing Manager, I was responsible for content marketing and hands-on copywriting. I originally joined a specialist digital design agency before its merger with TMW.

My role was highly collaborative – I worked with teams across new business, design and SEO, and external tech partners to deliver clear, effective content aligned with business goals. To produce the work, I interviewed subject matter experts across the agency, crafting content that balanced approachability with authority. The work was professionally edited and reviewed by other marketers and team members, ensuring clarity, accuracy and quality. After the feedback, I made all the edits to ensure the content was in the best shape possible.

Although I wasn’t client-facing, my role was broad and multifaceted, requiring different skills. I gained significant experience in social media management, email marketing, Google display advertising and partner marketing. I helped build strong relationships with tech partners, such as Contentful, AB Tasty and Acquia – collaborating on joint initiatives and co-promotion campaigns.

The role sharpened my skills as a marketing all-rounder, improved my collaboration and presentation skills, and deepened my experience crafting engaging content for target audiences.
